Safety Technology Limited, the specialised supplier of fall protection and rescue solutions, with an emphasis on advanced training in working at heights has been acquired by Cresto Group, a Swedish company within the Workplace Safety Division of Bergman & Beving.
The acquisition, which includes Safety Technology Limited’s US subsidiary Safety Technology USA LLC, involves the acquisition of all shares although the full management remains in place.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered near Raglan, South Wales, Safety Technology Limited works with both utility and renewable energy companies to ensure a safer future for energy and this news allows all 14 employees to continue to meet this mission and work with all partners to improve safety in the energy generation and distribution industry sectors.
Cresto Group comment as below:

Safety Technology’s Chaiman, Dickens who has now retired comments as follows:
